Campari + Prosecco
In Italy, we drink Campari and Prosecco, or if you add soda, it is "Campari Spritz". Mia sorella Maria, informed me a few weeks ago that we would be drinking copious amounts when I came to visit, and so no doubt I am.
But you should enjoy a little Italian sunshine as well.
Campari and Prosecco:
makes 2 drinks
2 ounces Campari
4 ounces Prosecco
2-4 slices of orange or grapefruit
Ice cubes
Add Campari to a wine glass and top with Prosecco and a slice or two of orange. Add an ice cube or two.
