City by the Bay

Wondering how our trip to San Francisco went?
Well, when can we move in?
We loved it. We ate sourdough, had incredible mixology cocktails, good wine, delicious macarons (the best we've ever had!!) Tolerable lattes, wonderful ceviche, and fabulous dining experiences every night.

We were not terribly fond of Chinatown, but we adored all of the public parks, our breath was taken away by the beauty of the bay, and I especially loved the barking sea lions at Fisherman's Wharf. We biked the Golden Gate into Sausalito, which Terrence thought was the bees knees, but as I was wearing a dress, and leopard flats, and had spent 30 minutes curling my hair just before that... I wasn't thrilled with his spontaneous impulse and let him know it for the entire ride. (I'm sorry, but I just wasn't prepared. I needed...real shoes! NOT to be wearing a dress! Among other things!)
In the end though, I am glad we went and very apologetic about being a grouch. ( We did have cocktails in Sausalito)

Anyway, we had a beautiful time in a beautiful city and we can't wait to go back.
